Mike "CHICK" Cicchini is a well rounded player, and an up and coming in the world of pool! Chick has been a friend of mine for about fifteen years and ive watched him progress into a real gentilman of the game! He is a avid tournament player and a fixture in his local pool room classic billiards! Classic billiards is owened by claudio parrone a master in the world of pool and from time to time you can catch chick confiding in claudio for advise, or just shootin around playing but learning, as he would call it! I have been to mikes house and i would ask him about one of the many trophies he has and he is very humble when it comes to tellin the story behind them, something like " I BEARLY PULLED THAT ONE OFF" or " THIS ONE HAD ME SWEATIN"! I have shot in many tournaments with mike and you can listin to the wispers around the room like," GREAT CHICKS HERE I WONDER WHOS GONNA TAKE SECOND", when i mention it to mike he just smiles and says id be happy just placein! Mike is allways up for a game, and he is very easy to approach, so if you see him and your up to it, just ask! Mikes favorite game is 8 ball but he will play just about anything! Chick is also a great admirer of pool cues so if u have something old or unique show it to him he loves cues. Mike has quite a collection himself ranging from viking to nova to south west, and he knows ho to use everyone of them! So if you see mike oh and by the way everyboby calls him "CHICK", ask him to play a few and you will see just what im talkin about... |
